Logline

Shipwrecked on a faraway island, the teenage daughter of a treasure hunter unites with a prince, a warrior, a thief, and a beautiful enchantress to defeat a tyrant king and an evil witch.

 Synopsis

Emma Parker isn't a typical 16-year-old. She travels the seas with her father in search of treasure in the early 1900s. When their boat sinks, she finds herself as the only survivor washed up on shore of a poor fishing village. There, she embarks on a journey in the mysterious outlands to locate four jewels of great power.

There's one thing standing in her way – an evil witch. Aleris possesses three of four magical bracelets that bring her unbridled ability. Only her evil sister Lucinda owns the fourth bracelet and constantly watches her back out of fear. Gwen, their good sister, confronts Emma to ask for her help in battling Aleris before she locates the last bracelet and becomes unstoppable. When they come across Lucinda’s body, Gwen removes her bracelet and places it on Emma’s wrist with the request that she protect it.

As Emma travels through the lands, she meets Oliver, a poor beggar who is very resourceful. Oliver runs from a mercenary named Merek. The two play an amusing game of each trying to outsmart the other. Emma convinces both to join her in confronting Aleris, who knows of their plans and plots to stop them before they can attack.

A tyrant King Gareth rules the entire land. His son, Prince William, doesn’t agree with his father’s treatment of the people and storms out of the palace. He comes across Emma’s group and agrees to join them in their quest.

Aleris brings trees to life in hopes of killing the men and capturing Emma. The group fights bravely and survives the ordeal. The next attack from Aleris involves flying lizards that have been altered to become an admirable foe. While the men fight against them, one flies off with Emma and takes her to Alexis’s palace. Oliver’s group joins up with Gwen and plans an attack with Prince William leading an army of villagers willing to fight for their prince.

At the palace, Gwen and Oliver sneak in through secret underground tunnels Gwen played in as a child. Meanwhile, Merck and Prince William take a more direct approach with the palace guards as a distraction. After barely eluding death, they talk their way out of a bad situation. The rebel army attacks, sending palace guards and soldiers into chaos.

Aleris is ready to kill Emma in order to get the last bracelet. Gwen and Oliver arrive in the nick of time to stop her. While Gwen battles against her evil sister, Oliver frees Emma. Seeing that Gwen needs help, they work together to take her down. All four bracelets now go to Gwen, who respects their power.

Prince William encounters his father. The two battle fiercely with the prince coming out on top. He now becomes the new king and vows to rule much more compassionately than his father had.
