A detective must stop a serial killer who targets victims with something unusual in common – they're cyborgs.
Synopsis
A killer is carving up random victims. His next target is 12-year-old Allison, whose parents die when the killer comes after her. Detective Tony Reynolds is assigned to the case and takes Allison under his wing.
When the killer continues his pursuit, determined to extinguish Allison, Tony flees with her to a cabin where he hopes they will be safe. The two bond just before the threat escalates, and they learn a troubling fact behind what the girl has in common with the previous victims.
