A detective is the only one who can see a mysterious apparition believed responsible for several local murders.
Synopsis
When a mysterious killer seems to target those with questionable morals, Michael and Roger are assigned to the case. At the crime scenes, Michael is the only one who can see a cloaked figure that seems to follow him everywhere he goes, taunting him.
Everyone starts to think Michael has lost his mind until his girlfriend and partner are kidnapped by this apparition. Only things don't turn out as anyone expected when the killer's true identity is revealed.
